Yes! At SmitColoringArts, we offer both digital downloads and physical coloring products.

  • Digital Products: Instantly available for download after purchase. No shipping required!
  • Physical Products: Require processing and shipping (see details below).

When will my order ship?

For physical products, please allow 4-7 days for production before your order ships. Average shipping times are 6-12 business days.

Once your order has shipped, tracking numbers will be provided within 3-5 days. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at wernersmit1010@gmail.com.

How do I receive my digital product?

After purchasing a digital product, you will receive a download link via email within minutes. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Can I return my order? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your physical product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund.

  • You must cover the return shipping cost.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Please include your name and order number with the return.

📌 Important: Digital products are non-refundable due to their instant delivery. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us—we’re happy to help!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order before it ships with no penalty. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process for a refund.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at wernersmit1010@gmail.com within 24 hours to update it.

  • After 24 hours, we may not be able to change the address.
  • We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
